Player Goals
Each player is assigned a random company boss, and must follow their values. Some believe money and profit are more important than anything, and others value the earth and peoples' well-being more.
Resources
Aside from money, resources are what everyone will depend on to run their business. Players need to think carefully about whether the benefits outweigh the cost for each resource they decide to use. Some may have immediate benefits but create consequences in the long run.
Natural disasters are the main source of chaos and conflict in the game. Every turn, there will be a chance of a natural disaster. However, as a group, the players do have control over how badly they will be affected.
